Downshift is used during supervised sessions run by trained operators. If you have a question about the app, your account, your data, or a WHOOP connection, email us and we will respond within a few business days.
To disconnect WHOOP, remove Downshift in your WHOOP app or account settings, or email us and we will revoke access. To request a copy of your data or deletion, email us from the address on your account.
